Trusted Ride Chaperone at Ascension St. Agnes Hospital

Ascension St. Agnes Hospital is seeking volunteers to be trusted ride chaperones for patients 60 years and older and/or with disabilities! Chaperones will accompany patients to appointments (within 5-10 miles of hospital) using rideshare apps like Lyft. Volunteers will be trained by hospital staff.

Commitment: recurring volunteers preferred; rides take place between 9am-12pm & 1-3pm Monday-Friday.

Location: Baltimore City/Downtown (St. Agnes/Violetville neighborhood), Other (Catonsville/Halethorpe)

Restrictions: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old, fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and vaccinated against influenza during flu season (September-June). Volunteers must go through background check, drug screening, TB test, and measles test.
