Sort In-Kind Donations at Helping Up Mission

Helping Up Mission is a 24/7 shelter in the Jonestown neighborhood of Baltimore City for men, women, and children experiencing addiction, homelessness, or poverty.

Volunteers are needed to count, sort, and fold donations at the Center for Women & Children.

Commitment: Thursdays, 9am-12pm (one-time and ongoing opportunities available)

Location: Baltimore City/Downtown (Jonestown neighborhood)

Restrictions: Volunteer orientation required. Volunteers must be at least 18, identify as female, and complete a background check ($19). Volunteers must wear close-toed/close-heeled shoes and clothing that covers shoulders and knees. Volunteers must be comfortable standing, lifting, and carrying items. Maximum of 5 volunteers needed.
