PALS is a non-profit that pairs children with Down Syndrome with peer volunteers through week-long residential camp programs. There is no cost to the camper to attend camp!
Commitment: Camp is 7 days, 6 nights. Camp is overnight/residential. Specific dates to be announced in mid-November 2022.
Location: Baltimore County (University of Maryland Baltimore County campus) and Washington, DC (Georgetown University campus)
Restrictions: Volunteers must be at least 15 years old. Up to 100 volunteer hours can be earned by being a peer volunteer. Background check is required (cost covered by PALS)
