Organize Clothing Donations at DRUM Healthy Families

Volunteers are needed at DRUM Healthy Families! DRUM Healthy Families is a home visiting program for pregnant & postnatal women and their children residing in East and West Baltimore. DRUM Healthy Families provides referrals, parenting support and education, developmental assessments and more to families enrolled in the program.

Volunteers are needed to sort clothing donations, baby items, and more in the in-office clothing bank for families. Tasks include: sorting and organizing items by size, season, and gender, packing items for distribution to families, and more.

Commitment: Ongoing volunteers preferred; volunteers must be able to commit to 1-2 weekday shifts (each shift lasting 1-2 hours)

Location: Downtown Baltimore/Baltimore City (Druid Heights neighborhood)

Restrictions: Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Background check required for ongoing volunteers. Volunteers must wear a mask at all times and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Volunteers must provide proof of vaccination AND proof of negative test prior to volunteering.
