Join the Soul Center at Beth El Congregation and feed your soul by creating mitzvah projects! Volunteers will be assembling sugar scrubs for local women’s shelters as well as decorating and creating small potted plants to be donated to beautify our local senior centers and community groups.  

Bring your knitting or crochet needles and knit for a good cause! Join JVC knitters and learn how to knit hats and scarves to benefit JVC’s Mitzvah Day. Scarves and Hats are donated to orgazniations addressing homelessness. Experienced knitters and crocheters are welcome, too!

Volunteers are needed to help Serve a meal for the clients of The Helping Up Mission.  The Helping Up Mission is both a day center and an overnight shelter for men in need. Helping Up Mission provides hope to people experiencing homelessness, poverty or addiction by meeting their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.
