Bookworms at Timber Grove Elementary School

Join Bookworms to share in the gift of reading during a series of monthly programs. Spend one hour a month reading to kindergarten students at Timber Grove Elementary School (701 Academy Ave, Owings Mills, MD 21117). Volunteers should bring a new or gently used book to read and donate to the classroom. Volunteers read to the children from 10:30-11:30 am and should register ahead of time.
*Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) requires volunteers to complete a brief volunteer training that can be done online at http://www.bcps.org/community/volunteer_info/. Volunteers must bring a certificate and verification to the school at your first visit before you can volunteer.
Participate as often as you are available! We read to the children from 10:30 – 11:30 am on the following Wednesdays:
