Sunday, August 9th, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Baltimore Hebrew Congregation Parking Lot, 7401 Park Heights Avenue
Join community volunteers to distribute produce boxes to Baltimore County individuals and families seeking fresh food. These boxes help ensure that families can provide healthy, nutritious food to their households during the current global crisis. Volunteers must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for 2 hours outdoors. The distribution will use safe physical distancing practices and volunteers must provide their own masks. The end time depends on when the final food boxes are distributed, which can be prior or up to 3:00 p.m.
This distribution is in partnership with the Baltimore County Government, CHAI, Councilman Izzy Patoka, Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, Suburban Orthodox Congregation, and Jewish Volunteer Connection (JVC).
