Mitzvah Day

Thank You to everyone who participated in 2019’s Mitzvah Day!

Check out photos from the day here!

Here is what our volunteers said about Mitzvah Day:

  • “I truly enjoyed seeing the entire community, all ages, contribute their morning to this event.”
  • “As a Returning volunteer, I am continually amazed by the the community giving nature that I watched during this event. There were more multi generational participants who smiled laughed and demonstrated that compassion is good for the soul and can be appreciated by the giver too.”
  • “Very humbling experience to help out the most vulnerable population”
  • “We appreciate that the community gives us so many choices to find meaningful work on the 24th and 25th. The projects open to families with kids have increased over the years, and that’s been wonderful for us! We plan to volunteer more …”
