Inspired by Jewish values and ideals, MAZON is a national advocacy organization working to end hunger among people of all faiths and backgrounds in the United States and Israel. For more than 30 years, MAZON has been leading the Jewish response to hunger, fighting for systemic change, refusing to accept that anyone in the United States or Israel struggles with hunger.

JVC is hosting This Is Hunger, an interactive virtual experience to help participants understand the stark reality of hunger in America and to spark their commitment to taking action that will help end hunger once and for all. The experience is divided into two parts. Participants are invited watch a video together, virtually “meeting” real people struggling with hunger – individuals will share their stories in their own voices and in their own words. Participants are also invited to engage in discussions and activities that deepen their awareness about the complexities of being hungry and join MAZON in educating the rest of our nation and advocating for change.
